Institutional and individual users are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to access and use the platform as intended. Our total liability to any individual user shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Institutional liability terms are governed by applicable licensing agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Warren County, Kentucky. You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted to mywelltrack.com and take effect upon posting. Continued use of our platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
